Spent most of the day today helping Frank and Tri at the soon to open Coffee Shop! It was FUN and just like old times when the three of us worked on things at the ministry center to get it ready to open. Brought back lots of memories for me!
It also is neat to be part of a dream coming into existence! This is going to be such a neat place to connect with people and to contribute in positive ways to the condition of our world. The Fair Trade concept means that the price that is paid for the coffee is fair to the farmer who grows it and doesn't exploit them. The green aspect will keep our landfills less full and our environment less toxic!
