Comes Spring! That is the hope we have in this day and the hope we have in life. God created the world so that it is filled with images of death and resurrection. A grain of seed must die in order to bring forth new life. Winter must go away in order to bring forth spring. We must die to our self in order to make way and room for God to live in us and guide us.
