And what's a pork roast with out a chef?





Here is Master Chef, Walt Townsend, with his famous pulled pork! (notice the apron!)

And Roger Jones of Jones Signs (our sign guy!) getting set to sample some of the pork.
And then there are the Dessert Servers, who appear to be advance tasting! Thanks to Mimi, Fran and Connie.
And the results of all the hard work... our neighbors and friends enjoying the food!

I do hope your foot is better. I sure enjoyed my second annual pork bbq. Much more now that I'm a member of this wonderful community. And what a treat to see an old friend who responded to the flyer!!

I loved how Walt waved and cooked at the same time that day.
