California redwood trees are known to be some of the largest trees in the world. The secret to their ability to stand tall is NOT in their deep root system, but in the fact that the roots are interconnected with the roots of the trees growing around them. They are interdependant. Each one needs the others.
That is also true of us. We are not islands. We need each other and are strongest when we care for and support one another!
