We have made HUGE changes in the old building we recently bought and it looks so much better and is much more functional for us to use in the mission of sharing the love of Jesus with our community and world. But the question remains... where do we stop fixing up. After all, it is an OLD building... and as Jim and I constantly said to each other during the remodeling phase, "you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear!"
We are about at the place where we need to finish our punch list and turn our attention outward! It's beginning to happen as the outreach team plans events in our community and as other teams begin thinking about the various ministries that we do... like youth and children's ministries.
In the next few weeks, we will have completed many of our punch list and other more major construction items and we can get serious about the function of a ministry center...it has been and will continue to be an exciting journey! ALL thanks to God!!!!
