It was a great day today at the Eastern Shore Chapter NWTF (National Wild Turkey Federation) JAKES Day at the Hazel Farm in Eden Md. We gathered at 7 to get set up for nearly 200 kids and 75 plus adults to experience the outdoors. Fishing, shooting bows, guns, learning about animals, watching retrievers work, seeing Capt. Willie Dykes fly the WBOC helicopter in and serving food. All thanks to the generosity of Mr. Dick Hazel and the late Pat Hazel. Thanks to Jack Pieroni as well... who headed up the day!
