I want to be clear, that I in no way see this as a failure! It would have been a failure not to give it a try when it was such a burning desire I had and it would have been a failure not to recognize it wasn't working and keep beating it. But we gave it a try and now I realize that it isn't the right time and we move on.
I am grateful to the Leadership Team for allowing me to give it a try!
