Trying to get back in the saddle and go for a ride! It is hard with increased doc visits and a daughter that had the flu and now a wife that has the flu! On top of that, yesterday and today, my vision is VERY blurry! Even the bifocals aren't working! Called the eye doc.
But the good news of the day is that my before breakfast number was 108 and my 2 hour later number was 98!!!!! That was after 45 minutes of walking at the Mall! Even so, it is a GREAT day and I am feeling better than I have for a long tim.
I am looking forward to getting back to blogging and all the other normal activities of life!
