The good news is that the building inspector says that the building is structurally sound and in great shape. It has a few warts... and we all knew that it did. What building doesn't?! Even a brand new building is going to have warts.
The HVAC system is new in 2003. No evidence of termite damage. The floor concern some of us had is not an issue. The water coming in from the bathroom is being cared for by the plugs for now and eventually new plumbing!
