Woke up this a.m. at 4 and couldn't really get back to sleep...so at 5, I got out of bed and began putting the final touches on getting ready for the first day of turkey season... TOMORROW!
Finally got a hold of the farmer where I hunt and got permission... I just love this place and so enjoy hunting there! What a privelege!!!!
Shot my bow last night and feel real confident with it.... this is the first time I have ever attempted to hunt turkeys with a bow ... looking forward to that. Got my decoys ready as you can see above. Got my vest packed. Sprayed my clothes with permone to kill ticks... don't want lymes disease. So, the only thing missing is tomorrow morning! Hurry up and get here!
