Here is the recipe...
3 T Corn Starch
1 t Vanilla
1 cup water
1 cup sugar (I use half cup sugar and half cup splenda)
Mix that till smooth and then bring to a boil till it thickens... stirring the whole time.
Then add 1 package of strawberry Jello to mixture ( I use sugar free) stir in well.
Let cool.
Bake Pillsberry pie crust and let cool.
Add to thickened liquid mixture one quart of capped and cut strawberries then mix up. And spoon in the pie shell and put in the refrigerator until cold and jelled. Top with whip cream and enjoy!
